Win and Alt often open the OS menu, so the browser misses “key up.” They still count as tested; Held clears when this tab loses focus.
Plugged in, not showing?
- Is the device connected to this computer?
- Is this tab focused? The browser only sees keys while you click here first.
- Does the key type in Notepad? If not, it is the OS or the keyboard, not this site.
- Tried another USB port on the PC itself, not a hub or monitor?
- Unplugged, waited a few seconds, plugged back in? Wireless: new batteries or re-pair?
- Device Manager → Keyboards — update driver, or uninstall and replug?
- Rebooted? Some boards have Game Mode / Fn lock that swallows keys.
