Plugged in, not showing?

  • Is the device connected to this computer?
  • Did the browser and Windows both allow the camera? (Settings → Privacy → Camera)
  • Is Zoom, Teams, Discord, or OBS closed? They often lock the webcam.
  • Did you pick the right camera in the list? Laptops sometimes show an IR camera too.
  • Tried another USB port on the PC itself, not a hub? Privacy shutter open?
  • Tried a newer camera / chipset driver, then a reboot?
