Plugged in, not showing?

  • Is the device connected to this computer?
  • Pressed any button on the pad? Chrome hides controllers until you poke them.
  • Tried USB on the PC, not a hub? Wireless: 2.4 GHz dongle if Bluetooth flakes?
  • Is Steam Big Picture / another game closed? They can steal the pad.
  • Does it show in Windows Game Controllers (joy.cpl)? If not, update the Xbox / DS driver.
  • Unplugged, waited, replugged, then pressed a button again? Tried a reboot?
